About Us

Crouchers Bottom as the property was originally named was initially converted to house a bed and breakfast with 6 rooms before the current Chichester hotel was developed. The property was acquired by the the famliy in 1996. We have expanded and renewed the Chichester hotel in three phases since the early days and we now have 26 bedrooms and a wonderful oaked beamed restaurant and adjoining bar all located in the main building. Lloyd and Gavin and the management staff, Carlo in the restaurant and Lynn in reservation and their team look forward to welcoming you and will be on hand to ensure you enjoy your hotel stay, meal in the restaurant or special wedding or event ocassion.

The Wine Bar

The Hotel and Restaurant have been updated to include a luxurious wine bar and casual eating and sitting area to enjoy drinks with friends, a quiet morning tea or casual bar lunch.

The Gardens

Scenic grounds, and views towards Chichester Harbour towards the South and Chichester Cathedral to the North, the hotel grounds are ideally positioned for easy access to the City or the contrast of the harbour, and further afield West Wittering. The grounds have over the years also provided many a wedding with a scenic Chichester wedding venue

Crouchers Hotel Chichester, Restaurant & Bar is located just 3 miles from Chichester Town centre

From the A27 Chichester bypass follow the signs to the A286 towards West Wittering, follow the road for 2 miles and Crouchers Country Hotel is situated on the left hand side of the road between Chichester Marina and Del Quay.

By Rail

Crouchers Hotel, Restaurant & Bar is situated 3 miles away from Chichester train Station, which has regular trains to London, Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton.

By bus

Crouchers Hotel, Restaurant & Bar is on the "Circuit" bus route, which connects Chichester with the Witterings and other local attractions.

By bicycle

Just off the Salterns way cycle path, Chichester canal and a three mile journey from the train station.
